  • 500g boneless chicken or mutton, cut into cubes

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder (adjust to your taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions:
  1. Start by hollowing out the bread loaves, creating a well in the center but leaving a sturdy bread shell.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the chicken or mutton cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and season with salt. Mix well.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 30-40 minutes or until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded together.
  6. Once the curry is done, spoon it into the hollowed-out bread loaves, filling them generously.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
