  • 1 medium-sized tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar or brown sugar
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions:
  1. In a pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle boil.
  2. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and Thai chili peppers to the pot. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
