  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons black vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
  • Fried shallots and crispy fried anchovies for toppings
